registered by streamers to showcase
their individuality.

It is a donation feature where streamers
complete missions and earn prize money raised
by users based on the mission’s success.
Challenge Mission can be requested by users or
registered directly by the Streamer.
The mission result is determined by the
streamer, and the user who requested the
mission may only select “Success” on behalf
of the streamer.
Challenge Missions are based on mutual trust
between the streamer and the user, so mission
results cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
If the mission time limit expires, the mission will
automatically fail.
If the mission succeeds, the prize money raised
will be delivered to the streamer.
If the mission is canceled or fails, the prize
money will be returned to the user.
The streamer can extend the mission time limit
1 times (up to 10 days).
You can additionally donate prize to standby or
ongoing missions.
Fan Club joining and Top Fan counting occur
when the prize is delivered to the streamer
after the mission is successfully completed.
If a user’s requested missions are canceled
a total of 24 times within the last 5 hours,
they will be unable to request missions from
any streamer for 24 hours. Please request
missions carefully.

This feature allows streamers to team up
for competition content and share donated
Star Balloons based on the match results.
Instead of donating Star Balloons directly to the
streamer you’re watching, you donate to the
Competition Mission. The donated Star Balloons
are collected and then distributed to
participating streamers based on the results.
Joins the streamer’s Fan Club and counts
toward fan rankings.

What is a Video Balloon?

This service allows you to gift Star Balloons with your favorite video clips attached.
You can set a specific playback section to include in your gift.
You can enter SOOP VOD or YouTube URLs.

What is a GIF video?

It is a short, fun video created internally within SOOP.
You can select filters at the top to view only videos matching your desired concept.

What are popular videos?

You can view videos used by SOOP users as Video Balloons, sorted by popularity.
Daily, weekly, and monthly filters are available.
These may be added or removed by the administrator.

What is MY Video?

You can see all the videos you've donated with Video Balloon at a glance.
You can delete it using the edit function. (Automatically deleted after 1 month)
